Our lab has done business with Quest for as long as I can remember. If I am not mistaken, almost from the day Quest opened its doors. The relationship we have is like no other in the optical industry.  The Quest customer service is aware of the challenges that effect the wholesale optical lab. Jeremy and Michalina are always so friendly and willing to help us.  We can call, make a request no matter how crazy and out of the norm it is and hear “yes, we can do that” on the other end of
the line. Quest is like no other lab in the industry. If the customer wants it, Quest will make it for us. The ability to get Hoya lenses so quickly has continued to make sending to Quest a no brainer for us. The surface ability and stellar finishing work that we receive are some of the countless reasons we continue to send our work there.  Thanks for all you do to make our life easier.
