meet customer service team
Jeremy Guinnipp is Quest’s Customer Service Manager. He has been with Quest since 2014. Originally from New York, Jeremy has a combined 10 years of experience in the optical industry. Jeremy worked for several years at Hoya America’s customer service department before joining the Quest Team. Jeremy was promoted to manager in 2016 and is known for his willingness to go above and beyond for any customer. |
Wiktoria Siemieniecka (Vikki) has been with Quest since 2016. She is a Polish native who immigrated to the US with her family in 2013. Currently she is studying Biology at St. Petersburg College. |
Michalina Siemieniecka (“Mika”) has been with Quest since 2015. She is a Polish native who immigrated to the US with her family in 2013. In addition to her diverse responsibilities at Quest, Mika is also a full time student at University of South Florida majoring in business with a concentration in accounting. |
Jodie Bingham is the newest member of Quest’s customer service team. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jodie grew up in Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2005 with a BA in Business Administration. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and is eager to increase her knowledge of optics and specialty labs to better serve Quest’s valued customer base. |
