April 6, 2021 We are a small family owned and operated optical only retail, doing business in Houston since 1981. We specialize in pediatric optical needs and have made a reputation over the years providing specialty lenses for our clientele. For the majority of out business lifespan we worked closely with a local lab, whom as of a few years ago, was bought out by Essilor and closed down.
After receiving terrible work and long waiting periods from multiple “specialty” labs, we were beginning to panic about our options. Our hard earned reputation for specialty care was on the line, and through a stroke of pure luck (and a bit of research)- we found Quest.
Today I received our fourth or fifth job this month that was absolutely beautiful, and got back to us extremely quickly. I thought to myself that it’s overdue to recognize the excellence of your entire team and operation.
I personally called to thank Jeremy today, who has been crucial to our success in ordering the proper shape and design lenses. Every other customer service facing employee I’ve dealt with has been fantastic as well. I know it takes more than a couple of great employees to form a great team, and for everyone else behind the scenes, we also would like to express our gratitude.
