February 2019 marked the 16th anniversary of Quest Vision Care Specialty Lab. Looking back on the long road traveled, I am filled with many thoughts and emotions on how far Quest Lab has come. To grow a business which started with 3 employees with no optical background in a little hole in the wall suite to an internationally renowned unparalleled success was certainly not without its trials, tribulations, and hardships. While Quest represents a long history of determination and perseverance, it has come to have greater meaning for me. In a little over a decade, our team has grown from 3 employees to over 20 employees, every one of which adds an invaluable contribution, consistently producing several thousand, high-quality specialty ophthalmic lenses per month. The continued success of Quest Lab is thanks to the hardest working team in the world and would not be possible without their unwavering diligence. I am fortunate and proud to have them by my side as we continually grow and perfect our craft. I am grateful to our magnificent country that back in the 60s received a young Czech immigrant and gave him the freedom and infrastructure to achieve his American dream. From our family here at Quest Lab to yours, we thank you for your preference, loyalty, and ongoing demand for perfection! We are “The Lab’s Lab”.​
